General Return Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on All items are company fulfilled.

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

    • Is different from what was ordered

    • Is different from its description on the product detail page on

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. 


  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.

  2. Only Fulfilled by items may be eligible for replacement. 


Return/ Refund / Replacement: time-window and possible actions

Process Time window
Return/ Replacement The return/ replacement request need to be raised within 3 days from the day product was received.
Refund  Refund will be done in 2 weeks from the refund request was initiated.


Return/refund procedures: 

  • Customer need to pack the product in the same condition he/she received in the same package and courier the same on the company ware house or need to wait for the pickup service.

  • Once the pickup service reaches to pick the product, it will check for the product packaging condition and validate the reason made for replacement or return.

If pickup is successful and reaches to the company warehouse then the return/replacement procedure will be initiated.
